How To Request Deletion
To request deletion of your Wisely GK account, contact Wisely GK through the official support channels provided in the app or on wiselygk.in.
Use the subject line Account deletion request and include the email address or sign-in method connected to your Wisely GK account.
What To Include
- Your Wisely GK account email address.
- Your name, if it is shown in your Wisely GK profile.
- A clear statement that you want your Wisely GK account deleted.
- Any payment or subscription reference, if your account has an active plan.
What Will Be Deleted
- Account profile information associated with your Wisely GK user ID.
- Saved study data such as notes, highlights, bookmarks, search history, quiz activity, and revision progress where linked to your account.
- Subscription status records that are no longer required for active service, support, fraud prevention, accounting, or legal compliance.
What May Be Retained
Some records may be retained where required for security, payment reconciliation, tax, legal, dispute resolution, abuse prevention, or platform integrity. Retained records are kept only for the purpose that requires retention.
Processing Time
Wisely GK will review account deletion requests after verifying account ownership. Deletion requests are typically processed within 30 days unless a longer period is required for legal, payment, or security reasons.
Before You Request
Account deletion is permanent. Deleted notes, highlights, bookmarks, progress, and account history may not be recoverable after the request is completed.
